Spinal Decompression Therapy is a leading non-surgical alternative for disc related syndromes of the lumbar and cervical spine. DTS Therapy uses simple, yet sophisticated, FDA registered equipment manufactured by the leading rehabilitation equipment manufacturer in the US, The Chattanooga Group. Chatanooga’s Triton® DTS Decompressive Traction System is the most popular decompression system with over 1,200 installations worldwide.
Active Release Technique® is a patented, state of the art soft tissue movement technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with treatment.
The Graston® Technique incorporates a form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables clinicians to effectively detect and treat scar tissue and restrictions that affect normal function. The chiropractor uses the stainless steel instruments to comb over and "catch" on fibrotic tissue, which immediately identifies the areas of restriction. Once the tissue has been identified, the instruments are used to break up the scar tissue.
The Kinesio® Taping Method is applied over muscles to reduce pain and inflammation, relax overused or tired muscles, and support muscles in movement on a 24-hour-a-day basis. The taping is non-restrictive and allows for full range of motion. In contrast, more traditional sports tape is wrapped around a joint strictly for stabilization and support during an athletic event. Kinesio® Tape is used to treat anything from headaches to foot problems and everything in between.
Game Ready® is the leader in active compression and cold therapy technology for injury treatment and post-operative recovery. This machine uses NASA technology to create the first-ever sports medicine and post-op recovery device that simultaneously delivers active cold compression. Game Ready has become the injury treatment system of choice for thousands of prominent athletic trainers, therapy centers, athletes and teams in nearly every professional sport – including the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, and NHL.
Based on our understanding of human neuromuscular systems, this hands-on technique effectively reduces muscle spasm and adhesion. Practitioners massage muscle fibers against the grain, having a deep effect despite the shallow depth of contact. It is remarkably effective for its simplicity and powerful results: truly reconditioning your tight muscle “knots” into relaxation. AMR is extremely helpful in treating the more difficult and complicated cases, as well as, chronic conditions.
NormaTec Recovery Systems are cutting-edge, commercial grade compression devices that enhance the body’s natural ability to recover. Using NormaTec’s attachments rejuvenates muscle tissue and dramatically reduces tightness and soreness. When used as part of a rehab protocol, NormaTec helps to speed recovery & improve outcomes.
Percusion therapy that helps relieve muscle soreness and stiffness, improves range of motion, promotes circulation and accelerates warmup and recovery.
